Listing Side Closing Transaction
$500 per transaction
- Review purchase agreement and addenda to ensure all are fully executed with correct spelling, dates, signatures, and initials
- Order title services from title company
- Supply executed documents to all participating parties via e-mail
- Introduce our role in the transaction to every party involved.
- Send copies of all addenda/reports to the buyer's agent
- Upload all reports, disclosures and documents into our cloud based service as it is received or executed
- Send all necessary documents to title company.
- Prepare any necessary addenda and send to all parties once executed
- Track escrow time frames for receipt, delivery and return of all documents and deposits
- Coordinate transfer of current service contracts
- Maintain constant contact with every party.
- Ensure that closing company has received commission information and any closing cost credit information from seller
- Forward HUD to agent for review
- Submit Brokerage compliance forms to Brokerage
- Ensure HOA/Condominium documents are provided per contract to the buyer per sales agreement
- Schedule final walk thru and closing time, location, and date
The Fine Print
Payment in the amount of $75 is due when order is placed thru the inspection period. Balance is collected at closing. If the transaction cancels, pricing will be pro-rated according to when the transaction cancels. If transaction does not cancel until the week of closing, the full fee will be charged. An executed release and cancellation must be received.

Buyer Side Closing Transaction
$500 per transaction
- Coordinate opening of escrow
- Review purchase agreement and addenda to ensure all are fully executed with correct spelling, dates, signatures, and initials
- Supply executed documents to all participating parties via e-mail
- Ensure your buyer is provided a copy of all reports (Inspection, appraisals, repairs etc.)
- Introduce our role in the transaction to every party involved.
- Schedule Inspection and coordinate appraisals with agent
- Ensure that HOA/condo application has been submitted in a timely manner
- Upload all reports, disclosures and documents into our cloud based service as it is received or executed
- Send all necessary documents to title company and lender
- Track escrow time frames for receipt, delivery and return of all documents and deposits.
- Maintain constant contact with every party.
- Ensure that closing company has received commission information and any closing cost credit due to buyer
