By signing this agreement, the requesting agent authorizes The Transaction Pros to have access to Dotloop, Greensheets and other brokerage compliance forms and processing systems to efficiently manage this file. Requesting agent also authorizes The Transaction Pros to order home inspections, home warranties, and all documents needed associated with this file. The fees for each transaction type are listed on the pricing page and shall be paid as follows:

$75 with order thru inspection period; balance due at closing from agents commission at closing. If the transaction cancels after the inspection period, the fee will be prorated. If the transaction cancels the week of closing, the full fee will be charged. This form shall serve as notice to title company that requesting agent authorizes and agrees to this fee.
